doro 6520 open frontThe new Doro 6520 is a traditional ‘clamshell’ flip-phone design. This is compact and portable, with far superior battery life to current all-touch smartphones.
The 6520 is a feature phone at heart – it doesn’t have all of the capabilities of a true smartphone. However there is still the capability for basic 3G Internet connectivity. This lets you receive emails and keep up to date with news while away from home.

Hello I like you it is the second one i have had but there is something I would like to ask they say it is to help people out with bad eye site, but why do the books small. I want to no how to do the phone book picture.

    Mrs Vivien Godber

    • Hello Mrs Godber, thank you for the feedback.

We print the manuals at A4 size. The Doro manuals also have a fairly large font. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to print at A3. This would also increase postage costs as we would need to use a tube or similar to package them securely.

If you have any questions about your manual or phone features then we will be happy to help if you call or email in.

  • please can someone tell me how to access voicemail messages
A message comes up saying dial 121 but then nothing happens
NOTHING in the manual about how to access voicemail messages
    Many thanks

    • Hello Sheila

Voicemail is handled by your network provider, it is not a feature of the phone handset. You will need to check with your provider (O2, Vodafone, giffgaff etc.) about how to properly access voicemail.

    • Hello Irene, thank you for the message.

Yes it is possible to receive e-mails on this phone without a data (3G) plan.

Please be aware though that data connections on a traditional 2G plan are very slow. If you are trying to access any emails with embedded images or large attachments, then it could take a long time for the phone to receive these from the email server you are connecting to.
