Sony is launching a new ‘Made of Imagination’ campaign this week to promote its new Xperia series. Below is a sneak preview of a special commercial that has been created by Wes Anderson, director of The Fantastic Mr Fox. From the video below we know that the advert was based on what children believe makes Sony smartphones special, which looks to have resulted in the creation of a new robot figurine. The 60 second advert is due to go live on 24th March 2012, at which time we expect the URL www.sonymobile.com/imagination to become active. Check back later in the week for updates.
That was about 18+ months ago now and since then the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S came along, offering a faster processor, faster camera load times and better standby times.
Another 6 months on and we now have the Sony Xperia S, the evolution of the Arc S, under new Sony (no Ericsson branding).
The question is, as a previous or current Arc or Arc S user, is it worth the upgrade to the new Xperia S?
The following video comes courtesy of Sony mobile support team and explains how to download and connect your Xperia S to a PC to sync music, contact and photos.
