We have had our hands on a BlackBerry Torch 9810. Take a look at it in the video below.
We now have the BlackBerry Curve 9360, the BlackBerry Torch 9810 and BlackBerry Torch 9860 (Monza) available to pre-order on the Clove website. At the moment we have indicative pricing, but the prices displayed should be close to launch prices.
BlackBerry have today announced two new smartphones that run the new BB OS 7.
OS 7 is faster, sleeker and offers a better experience all round but particularly when it comes to graphics, multimedia and gaming.
The browser has been improved to load pages faster, make browsing smoother and have more support for different pages.
Voice activated search enables handfree use of the device, which is ideal if you need to call someone or email them when on the move.
So that’s the OS in a nutshell but what are the 9810 and the 9860?
The 9810 is an upgrade to the current 9800. It retains most of it’s hardware features such as touchscreen and slide out QWERTY keyboard. It also retains a lot of the other features but ultimately benefits from OS 7.
The 9860 on the other hand looks like a BlackBerry Storm replacement. With a 3.7” touchscreen display, no physical keyboard, 5 megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi etc.
We will bring you more news as and when we have it.
