Samsung has confirmed that all versions of the Galaxy S I9000 (including the Captivate, Epic 4G, Vibrant and Fascinate) will be receiving updates to Android 2.2 FroYo later this year, which offers compatibility with Flash 10.1 and the ability to install Apps to your SD card, amongst other things. All devices will continue to ship with Android 2.1, meaning there should be some urgency in releasing the update seeing as FroYo has already been released.

We’ll let you know as soon as we have an ETA.

Ever since the Acer P300 was announced I have been quite keen to get my hands on one.  I like the design and the specification and for the price point it is exceptional.

I am lucky enough to now have a final production unit, so I thought I would bring you a few photos to show you what it looks like.

I have been running a few tests and using it over the last couple of days so a short review will follow early next week…lets just say its Acer have got this one right.
