  1. my smart watch has just stopped working. Any means to reboot?

    • Josh Bethell says:

If you cannot turn on the watch and there is no connection to it from the app on your phone then try the following before contacting Sony:
Hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds – this may initiate a reboot
Leave the watch plugged in on charge for at least 3 hours. It can take up to this length of time to initiate a reboot.
If neither of the above work then contact your retailer (if that’s us then send us an email) or Sony locally for a warranty replacement

  2. I just purchased this phone but I am having problem setting up because the screen has refused to come up after fully charging it. Every time I switched on the phone, the only icon that comes up is the charging indicator and would not go the next stage. I am doing something wrong?

    • Josh Bethell says:

Hello Musa, if you cannot get the screen to come up then the watch may well be faulty.
If the watch is fully charged and has been on charge for a few hours then hold down the power button for 10-20 seconds, this may force a reboot of the watch and kick it into action.
If you cannot get the watch to turn on correctly then you will need to contact your retailer or Sony locally for warranty support

  4. How many Bluetooth devices can the SW2 store and how many connections can it have at the same time?

    • Josh Bethell says:

Hello, as far as I am aware, the SW2 is designed as a ‘slave’ device, so it can only have one active connection at a time to your phone, unlike the phones which can have many devices attached

      • Thanks. How many devices can it save though? This is how the Pebble works, one connection at a time but can store up to two devices

        • Josh Bethell says:

To be perfectly honest I’m not sure. In the time I spent with the SmartWatch 2 I only ever tested it paired with one device.
Looking through the manuals we posted here I can’t see anything mentioned for having more than one saved connection
