RAZR, RAZR i and RAZR MAXX to get Jelly Bean next year

Jelly Bean confirmed for RAZR handsets

Motorola has confirmed that handsets from its RAZR line-up will be receiving an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in 2013.

At the moment the RAZR i is the only handset that has a timeframe specified for the update, which is currently scheduled for ‘Q1 2013’, but the Jelly Bean update has also been confirmed for the RAZR and RAZR MAXX, but without estimated arrival dates.

There is also a caveat on the Motorola update page to say that dates are subject to change. However hopefully it will not be too much longer until we see the update for Motorola’s flagship and its siblings.
