The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has now begun rolling out in Germany. At the moment we have not had confirmation of the update being available in the UK, but the fact that it has begun rolling out in Germany would suggest that it is not too far off.

The jump from 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to 4.1 Jelly Bean will mean improved performance thanks to Project Butter, but the update also brings the same S Pen functionality as the Note II JB build and also adds Pop Up Play and new Mini apps. The app Paper Artist also comes preinstalled.
