Samsung Galaxy Note 2 could run Jelly Bean out of the box

Alleged specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 leaked by newspaper

The heavily rumoured Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has had some of its alleged specifications leaked by a South Korean newspaper. If the leak is to be believed, the Note 2 will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box.

This will come as good news to fans of the Note range and if true, would make the Note 2 one of the first non-Nexus handsets to run Jelly Bean. If rumours of its 1.4GHz quad core Exynos 4412 processor are also true, it will be the most powerful handset to run Jelly Bean to date. Here’s a look at other specs that have been leaked for the Note 2 so far:

  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
  • 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 display
  • 1.4GHz quad core Exynos 4412 processor
  • 8MP Camera
  • 16GB or 32GB internal storage
  • S Pen Stylus

Samsung is holding one of its unpacked events at IFA tomorrow, when the Note 2 is rumoured for announcement.
