This includes patented designs like the Monocoque ‘unibody’ housing which make them more resilient to drops and impacts. It also includes the PenTile high resolution display which provides workers with the ability to them use them both indoors and outside.
All of the Motorola Solutions EDA units feature protection against water and dust ingression. This is rated as an Ingress Protection Rating, and all products score highly typically with either IP54 or IP64 ratings. This provides peace of mind when the units are being used outside.
Motorola Solutions perform extensive testing on their products to ensure that they meet and exceed industry standards. This includes drop tests in with some products being tested in excess of 2000 drops of 1.5 ft.
To ensure that workers have all the features and abilities they require. Motorola Solutions include a customizable business class interface. This provides companies the ability to tailor the functions of the EDA to their requirements.
There is comprehensive and advanced barcode scanning capabilities included with all of the products. They are able to read 1D and 2D barcodes, along with photos with embedded notes and documents. While a poorly printed or damaged barcode is not a problem as they can still be read due to the advanced scanning capabilities.

Additionally we are able to provide genuine Motorola Solutions accessories. These enhance the Enterprise Data Assistants abilities and can add completely new functionality. Most of the accessories are typical for all types of mobile computers including USB and power cables. There however more exotic accessories in the form of payment card and biometric readers.
All of the accessories have been designed to be robust and reliable like the Enterprise Data Assistants themselves.
