It’s been out of stock for quite a while now, 6 months in-fact, but we now have the Sony Xperia Play back in stock and available to buy on the Clove website (for a limited time only). It now comes with a free DK300 multimedia dock and two free games (Call of Duty Zombies and Lara Croft Guardians of Light) and is priced at £175 (£210 inc. VAT). Don’t forget it’s also compatible with GTA III on Android, which is a big enough selling point in itself for fans of the Rockstar classic.
With its slide out PlayStation controls, the Xperia Play is a bit of a specialist handset. But if you are into gaming and looking for an Android phone, it’s got some great features to offer and at a great price. There’s a list of Xperia Play compatible games here from the Sony site, although there are some other third party apps that are also compatible but not listed, such as GTA III.
