Italian styling and design is just better.
With anything we buy in life there is often several options we have. There is the cheap option, the average (most popular) option and the more expensive premium option.
All options do what you need them to do, but the all have something different to attract to different people.
When it comes to buying a watch for your wrist, I am not sure what category you fall into, but many invest in a watch as it is a piece of jewellery that they wear everyday or for special occasions that makes a statement, that they feel proud of. It wouldn’t surprise me, that even if you are not into watches you spent £100+ on the one you wear now?
So if you are willing to spend quite a bit on a watch that tells only the time, what about spending a bit more on a watch that does a lot more than just tell the time.
Enter the i’m Watch.
This is an Android smartphone accessory that will appeal to many, but predominantly the very tech savvy or ‘Geek’ in us.
Think of it like a car, a VW Golf gets you from point A to B as does a Ferrari 458, but each says something different about us and caters to different budgets.
With the i’m Watch, you get the same headline features but the quality and feel of the watch differs depending upon what you spend.
Sony’s SmartWatch has many positive features but it doesn’t offer the same sort of class and style as the Italian designed i’m Watch.
From the entry level colour range with metal and silicon right through to Silver, Gold & Diamonds the i’m Watch range caters for all.

What does it do? Well think of it as an extension of your phone on your wrist. Whether it be taking a call, checking your email or seeing what friends are up to on Facebook, you can do it all with the i’m Watch.
The following video best demonstrates what the i’m Watch can do for you.
It is an innovative product that will grow over time as more people use and develop apps for it. It is not tied to just one phone, so the Watch can live on even if you change your phone.
Add to this the fact that this is made of premium materials, it not just a cheap accessory, it is a functional accessory that looks the part.
There are different colour options within each range, but the headline ranges are:

i’m Watch Color – £208.33 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Tech Magnesium – £291.67 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Tech Titanium – £383.33 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Tech Special Edition Titanium – £466.67 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Carbonium – £575.00 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Jewel Silver – £833.33 excluding VAT
i’m Watch Jewel Gold – £7500.00excluding VAT
i’m Watch Jewel Gold & Diamonds – £8333.33 excluding VAT
A very unique product and something that very few will have.
We will receive first stock in September.

I’d love something like this but it’d have to be far slimmer, and preferably with a less markety name.
There’s a real lack of slimline digital watches these days; I’m hoping these smart watches will eventually fill that void and digital watches will once again be a “pretty neat idea”…
An alternative and possiby more versatile watch that you can actually read in bright sunlight is the Kickstarter funded “Pebble”.
Over 68,000 members of the public backed the project with funding of over $10 million.
More details at: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/597507018/pebble-e-paper-watch-for-iphone-and-android
Pebble does look very cool, really looking forward to getting hands on one of those in October, but this actually looks pretty good too, particularly colour vs the epaper screen on the Pebble. It’ll be interesting to see how well they compare on developer support, battery life, reliability of connection – the sort of things that have sunk previous attempts. Good to see some new promising things like this though, anyone else try the old Fossil Palm watch?
I have the im watch i can read that the person doing this review hasn’t used the im watch. The biggest selling point for the im watch is the phone portion. If this reviewer was using the im watch they would find out that the phone portion of the watch, does not work. the conversation is garbled and broken up from the poor bluetooth connection it make the im watch not usable. Plus the im watch is not user friendly nor the im watch/im cloud web site. Most of the other im watch performance review I’ve Read are saying the something about the im watch. Poor bluetooth connection. As of now I can’t recommend the im watch untill the watch maker can come up with a fix
