    My question is, I’ve inserted a micro sd card, but any time I try to download anything it tells me I need to insert an sd card. Does anybody know if this is a problem with the phone or do I need to initialize it some how?

      Hi Dan,

      If it is not picking up the microSD card, it may mean that you need to format it. If you connect the card to a PC, there is an option for you to format it.
