Sky Go for Android is a new application for selected Android smartphones that allows Sky TV customers to watch select SKY TV channels on your mobile at no extra cost.
You can enjoy live TV at any time providing you are signed into your Sky TV account and have internet access from within the UK over WiFi or 3G.
You can watch up to 22 live channels in line with your subscription including:
- All 4 Sky Sports channels plus Sky Sports News and ESPN
- All 11 Sky Movies channels
- Sky Atlantic
- Sky 1
- Sky Living
- Sky Arts 1
- Sky News
You can download the app HERE.
The current supported smartphones are the HTC Desire, HTC Desire S, HTC Desire HD, HTC Incredible, HTC Sensation, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy S II. It is expected that further support will come in time.

No support for any Sony Ericsson Xperia, very poor but not totally unexpected from Sky.
Yea the compatibility list isn’t huge at the moment; hopefully they’ll be getting more handsets added soon.
