Otone Audio Stilo 2.1 Pro Review

Otone Audio is the new kid on the block when it comes to the audio industry, but with flagship products such as the Stilo Pro 2.1 it won’t be long before it’s starting the party rather than joining the crowd.

The Pro 2.1 is no one man band; it comes with two speakers, an amp and a thumping subwoofer. Let’s have a look at the role of these individual members before we consider its overall performance.

The Stilo’s amp is dwarfed by an Xbox 360, but features an equally slick design (almost PS3-esque) that would look the part alongside any home entertainment system. Its controls and audio inputs ensure a range of compatibility options, making it ideal for parties, film nights or gaming.

The front of the amp features a master standby button, but also secondary controls that enable you to tweak the bass and treble alongside the volume. The speakers of the Stilo 2.1 match the premium design of its amp, with roughly the same measurements in terms of height and width. They’re surprisingly light, but you shouldn’t be fooled by their size, it’s easy to underestimate their sound quality prior to pumping out some music.
