Samsung Galaxy Nexus (16GB) Available To Pre-Order at Clove, £429 + VAT

We now have the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Available to pre-order at Clove, with the price confirmed at £429 (£514.80). The first stock is due to arrive at the beginning of November. We can also confirm at this stage that the 32GB model will not see a UK release.

The Galaxy Nexus was launched by Samsung and Google last night and will be the first smartphone to feature the new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Its other standout features include a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.65” Super AMOLED display and 5MP Camera.

    Only 16GB and no microSD slot means no-go for me. Can’t fit enough FLACs in 16GB.

    Give it 32GB plus a slot to add 32GB more, then we’d be talking.

    I was so looking forward to this phone, but the lack of a 32gb version may make me go elsewhere, way to piss off your customers Samsung!

    Really disappointed, this phone has no microSD slot, 16GB is too small for me. Skipping it.
    Any news on the 32GB version? Will we see it for christmas?

    Absolutely ludicrous. How can Google not release the 32GB version of their flagship phone. I won’t be buying a 16gb version so i’m going to have to look elsewhere. Why the hell would they do this!

      But now I cannot find this comment, have you deleted it?
      Is is true that we will not see the 32GB version?
      We will not see it at all or it will arrive later?

        Yes this comment is in the body of the article that you are commenting on. We do not expect the 32GB version of the Nexus to be available in the UK at all.

    I don’t know if you are aware but Handtec have just reduced the price down to £539.99 inc VAT.
    Is this a sign Samsung have again reduced the price?

      Thanks. This is in fact a sign of Hnadtec buying EU stock. We could do this too, but it would impact heavily on our relationship with Samsung. This is why they are cheaper! Don’t get the same level of service though!! :-)

      Whilst I await someone from Clove to come back here…..
      Further news ~ Handtec have now started shipping ‘some’ units.
      Shipping details have been sent out and tracking details to follow.

      So,
      a). Has Samsung reduced the price?
      b). Has Samsung released the Note early?
