Xperia Active Now Due Mid-November, £200 + VAT, Comes With Free LiveView

We have finally been able to confirm the price and availability of Sony Ericsson’s IP67 rated device, the Xperia Active. The speculative price of £200 (£240 inc. VAT) that we have had listed is correct and will be the price at launch. Initially the first stock had been expected for October, but it is now scheduled for mid-November. The good news is that the Xperia Active will also come bundled with a Sony Ericsson LiveView, a rather unique accessory that fits in perfectly with the appeal of the Active itself.

I’m really eager to get my hands on this phone, and have been surfing the web for info immediately after it was announced. The funny thing is that as far as I’ve seen it comes with LiveView in Asia and in Europe it’s sold with an armband. I prefer the LiveView better since it works with sportypal. If interested go on and read more about the sports apps that come pre-installed with the active.
