If you have not started using Google calendars then you may wish to think about doing so, especially if you use an Android phone.
No doubt you have a personal calendar, a work calendar and maybe a another for your children or even another work related calendar and none of them easily tie in together so it can be a nightmare and often appointments clash.
Google offers a way around this. In short, Google calendars is a really efficient means by which to have multiple calendars in one place and view them on one calendar.
If you have an android phone, your calendar will probably be backing up to this already, but using Google Calendar Sync you can connect in your work and many other calendars you may have.
The team over at Business Insider have put together a really helpful guide on how to use Google calendar to manage your different schedules. The article looks at this from a desktop point of view. You can read the article in full HERE.
To take full advantage of such a set up on an android phone all you need do is go to the calendar on your device, click the menu button, click more and then click calendars. Providing you are connecting to your Google account, you will then have visible all the calendars – simply tick each one you wish to have displayed.
Simple is it now?
