There are many weird and wonderful things that are developed in mobile technology but this is one that takes things to a new level.

Imagine blowing on your device to flick through images, to take a picture or to answer a call?!  Well this is a technology that is being worked on by Sensirion.

Sensirion manufacture the world smallest fully calibrated humidity and temperate sensor which allows them to come up with such technology.

AirTouch as the technology is known is the new concept of touchless interaction with your mobile device.  Using exhaled air the sensors read the air humidity and temperature around your phone to undertake certain actions.

Such a technology could spark a series of new applications and innovative devices. For more information CLICK HERE.

What are your thoughts – is this a technology you would like to see?

I personally see it more as a gimmick than a benefit or feature I would need, but hey why not build it in so you can – cast your vote in the poll below.

About Jon

Constantly challenging opinions and looking for new opportunities, Jon develops the product ranges and business activities and very much strives to maintaining growth and taking Clove in to the future.

Never knowing when to stop, he spends too much time in the office! He's very organised; writes lists, reports, spreadsheets, you name it, he's on to it!! When he does relax, however, he can be found driving his pride and joy (his Range Rover Sport), walking his Dog, down the pub or at a local restaurant. He does too like the finer things in life and often lives beyond his means, only the best hotels will do.
