We have had quite a few calls and emails from customers who have complained that their HTC 7 Pro device is not switching on.
The reason for this is, that the HTC 7 Pro ships with the battery in device already, however, there is a piece of insulating plastic that needs to be removed before the device will switch on.
To remove this plastic you need to remove the back cover, which at first does not appear obvious.
To remove the cover, you need to slide open the device, turn it over and you will see a small clip that you can then pull on to open the device.
If you click the image below, you will see a more detailed guide (the same as the one included in the box) that explains how to do this.
Doh! C’mon guys. Surely you knew that already before you called Clove to sort out!
I have sprint service in United States will this phone work for my Sprint Service? Reply back soon.
It should do Tim, although you may like to check the frequencies that the Sprint network operates on. The frequencies that the 7 Pro operates on are:
GSM/GPRS: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
3G/HSDPA: 900/2100 MHz
Sprint is CDMA – this phone will not work.
Thanks for clearing that up!
I also wish they added a dual camera lens so i can do video chat
