International Customer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)–Updated

Just over a year ago we introduced a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions that we get from our customers.

The intention behind the FAQ’s was to enable you to quickly find the answers to some of the more common questions, so you did not have to email us.

From how to pay, to the types of shipping methods we use, a lot of what you need is there.

If you do have a particular question, by all means email or call us and ask, but you may find the answer is there for you already.
