Carrying on the series the latest video is a demonstration of the Desire HD video capabilities.
It can record at 720P and Joe at www.pocketnow.com has put together a short video which demonstrates the capabilities of the camera.
Whilst it struggles with the contrast in some lights, needing a moment to adjust the settings in brighter light the definition is much better. Whilst this may not replace a dedicated video camera if you are a serious video recorder, the quality is such that we are sure for the most of you the quality will be more than acceptable.

Sorry but it gets a definite thumbs down from me.
The lens is really struggling with controlling lighting.
Too many artifacts which make the footage dirty.
Very jerky recording as it struggles to keep up with movement.
Overall I’ve seen better recording at 640×480 VGA.
Shame the Samsung Galaxy S has so many problems as clearly the SGS leaves the DHD’s camera way past in the dark ages.
