You have got your new BlackBerry Bold or Curve, for the first few days everything is fine and working well. You are now a little more confident and trying to do a few more things but you don’t know how, or you have tried and run into a problem.
What to do? Well you can speak to your supplier and see if they can help, but the immense complexity and varying number of devices often means for the lesser known issues or problems, trying to get a solution can be quite difficult, even if they do try.
