sir i had bought a htc hero mobile but when i try to connect it to the pc it shows the sigh that usb device not recognised by the windows and error is code 43. also the bluetooth of the phone does not connect to other devices as it shows the message paired but not connected and as such i cannot send or receive data from or to other devices

Suresh, The bluetooth issue that you experience on the device is consistant with all HTC Hero devices, you can not send files by Bluetooth as standard. We understand it to be something to do with Android.
As regards the connection error 43 the recommended resolution is as follows:
One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.
If you have already run the Troubleshooting Wizard, you might want to check the hardware documentation for more information about diagnosing the problem.
