O2 customers in Germany have been somewhat unlucky with the purchase of their Toshiba TG01 units.
The unit which took months to actually begin shipping has actually shipped with a virus installed. Whilst the number of devices affected to date is very few, customers in Germany have been urged to contact customer services and all other shipments have been halted.
No news has come of it affecting UK units, however it is not a great start for Toshiba.

Just received my TG01.Slim and sleek.The only problem is you cant hear the phone ring or the voice in the sat nav,I have turned the handset volume to max but still no good.Surely Toshiba hasn’t spent so much money on developing an iphone beater to fall down by the simple fact you just cant hear the ring or media applications.Does any one know of any application settings that might solve this issue.Please email me : jon@paramount-cafe.demon.co.uk
