Microsoft has announced that it ill prohibit the creation of VoIP applications for its new applications marketplace, which will be accessibl in Windows Mobile 6.5.
This should mean that Skye users or those using Windows Mobile 6.1 should still be able to make the calls, unless your operator has put restictions in place.
